Service”: set of research, scheduling, management and marketing tools available from BUK;

BUK”: entity providing the Service, legally represented by Untold Ventures Lda, VAT 514604778;

Professional User” – a person or a collective who use the Service and who additionally provide their own services;

User” – a person or a collective who uses the Service. Includes all "Professional Users".

Account” – Personal Area of each User;

Website” – online site where the Service is available, accessible through the address



Whenever necessary, BUK will ask the User for information that personally identifies the User ("personal data") and that allows it to contact the User in order to provide the contracted Service, provide information that he/she has requested or registered on the Website.

The personal data that we collect is exclusively intended to be processed in the field of established commercial / contractual and pre-contractual relationships. BUK will use the personal data of the User for the purposes of providing the Service and the bookings made on the selected Professional Users, with respect to the applicable legislation. Users' personal data may be used to provide the Professional User with important information about the Service that the User intends to use, such as the request for scheduling, alteration or cancellation of services.

BUK can periodically make electronic communications with the User in order to inform him about technical services, security issues, make inquiries or confirm the execution of the requested Service. The contact with the User is an intrinsic part of the Service provided by BUK. It will not be possible for the User to cancel the reception of this type of messages, since they are considered essential for the provision of the contracted Service.


Additionally, with the User's consent, information about other BUK Services or its Partners may be sent. BUK will not communicate to third parties the personal data of the User without the User's consent.


BUK can hire partner companies to provide limited services on BUK's behalf, such as, for example, the hosting of the Website pages, the sending of e-mail or SMS messages to the User, the processing of the service invoice, among other services. These companies are provided with only the necessary personal data for the rendering of the respective service. The partner companies are obliged to maintain the total confidentiality of the processed information and are forbidden to use the information for other purposes, always acting as subcontractors of BUK:


BUK may disclose the User's personal data if so required by Law or, upon bona fide request, prove that such is necessary for: (a) be in conformity with the Law; (b) protect and defend the User's and BUK's rights; (c) guarantee the security of the Users or Partners.

However, BUK is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
